Propeller wins Training & Development Award at the PRWeek UK People & Places Awards 2026

Last night, the Propeller team attended the PRWeek UK People & Places Awards 2026, and came home with the Training & Development Award. We're proud, grateful, and still buzzing from the win!

What we built
‍

The Propeller Training Academy was built to map real progression from junior roles through to senior leadership, blending technical PR skills with the consultancy craft that makes the real difference for clients and careers alike. Crucially, we invested in our managers too — so that development becomes part of the rhythm of weekly work, not just something that happens in a room once a quarter.

The judges described our approach as "extremely well-rounded." That's exactly what we set out to build.
