Four years of shaping major industry conversations in the US

Good things may come in threes, but for us, the standout milestones come in fours. This year marks four years since Propeller opened its US office, a step that transformed us from a transatlantic agency in spirit to one in operation, with a team and client roster rooted across both coasts.

What began with a small set-up in Manhattan has grown into a fully integrated part of the Propeller Group, working with brands across media, marketing and technology. Over the past four years, we’ve partnered with ambitious organisations, helped shape industry conversations, and built a presence in one of the most competitive communications markets in the world.

A moment to reflect and celebrate

Advertising Week New York 2025 provided the ideal backdrop to mark this milestone. As a long-standing partner to the event, Propeller has used the platform to showcase ideas, elevate voices and put industry progress under the spotlight — and this year was no different.

Throughout the week, we hosted discussions, supported clients on stage, and brought people together to explore how storytelling, clarity and creativity continue to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

And of course, we carved out time to celebrate. Our anniversary gathering brought together clients, collaborators and friends who have helped shape the Propeller US journey so far. It was a moment to recognise the relationships, commitment and shared belief in thoughtful communications that have fuelled our growth.

Four years on, our mission remains clear

Across both sides of the Atlantic, Propeller exists to turn reputation into revenue, and the US team has been central to delivering that mission at scale. Over the past four years we have:

• Built a growing team across the East and West Coasts
• Strengthened our network across media, advertising and technology
• Supported clients through moments of growth, innovation and transformation
• Delivered consistent, strategic work that cuts through noise and builds commercial impact

What has stayed constant is our belief that thoughtful storytelling, cultural understanding and trusted relationships are key to meaningful outcomes, and our US presence has only reinforced that approach.
