Content Executive
About the job
The Content Executive supports our PR and Marketing account teams by producing high-quality written content that underpins campaigns across a portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Content Manager, Account Managers and Account Directors, this role focuses on delivering accurate, insight-led, engaging copy that aligns with client tone of voice, positioning and objectives. This is a junior role ideal for someone with strong writing ability and an interest in B2B marketing, looking to build experience across content creation, campaign support and digital channels.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Drafting blogs, articles, landing page copy, case studies, email content and social copy for LinkedIn and other written channels.
- Repurposing long-form content into short-form outputs such as snippets, summaries and social posts.
- Supporting event-related written materials including invites, descriptions, recaps and session summaries.
- Ensuring all content reflects client tone of voice and strategic messaging guidelines.
- Collaborating with clients to shape content angles, storytelling approaches, and message positioning.
Research & Editorial Support
- Conducting desk research to support content accuracy and depth.
- Fact-checking and ensuring consistency in messaging and terminology.
- Supporting content planning and maintaining content calendars.
Campaign Support
- Uploading and formatting content within HubSpot.
- Following SEO/ GEO best practice guidance (training provided).
- Supporting Account Managers with written elements of campaign delivery.
Duties
- Maintaining organised content folders and internal naming conventions.
- Providing copy support for presentations and internal documents when required.
- Attending client calls when invited by senior team members.
- Undertaking additional duties as directed by your line manager.
Required Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adopt different tones of voice across clients.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content optimisation.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate information into compelling copy.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Competence in using tools such as Google Workspace and HubSpot (training provided).
