Propeller is returning to eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing as Official PR Partner for 2026.
Taking place at ExCeL London on 23 and 24 September, the co-located shows will bring together ecommerce, marketing, retail and technology professionals for two days of practical discussion, new ideas and industry insight.
Alongside supporting both shows across PR, Propeller will bring two curated panel discussions to this year’s agenda. The sessions will explore how brands can build loyalty in a crowded market and how the retail media industry can demonstrate meaningful commercial impact.
How brands can earn loyalty and trust
23 September | 10:00 | CX & Loyalty Stage
How Brands Earn Loyalty and Trust in an Age of Infinite Choice
With consumers able to compare products, prices and experiences more easily than ever, traditional loyalty schemes are under pressure to offer more than points and discounts.
Chaired by Propeller’s Director of Content, Branwell Johnson, this session will examine how brands can build stronger customer relationships through membership, benefits, access, content and community.
The panel will also look at how businesses can measure whether these approaches are working, from their impact on retention and customer lifetime value to changes in engagement. Attendees can expect a practical discussion about what earns lasting loyalty and how brands can demonstrate its value to the wider business.
Making sense of retail media measurement
24 September | 13:30 | Intelligent Data & Customer Insights Stage
Retail Media ROI: The Data Driving Sales Onsite, Offsite and on TV
Retail media continues to attract greater investment, but bigger budgets are also bringing greater scrutiny. Brands need to understand what genuinely drove incremental sales, what changed customer behaviour and which channels warrant further spend.
Propeller CEO Kieran Kent will chair a discussion exploring how retailers, agencies and brands can compare performance across onsite search, in-store media and connected TV without relying on disconnected or inconsistent measures.
The panel will consider the data brands should be asking retail media partners to provide, how measurement standards are evolving in 2026 and what more the industry must do to build confidence in retail media investment.
If you are attending eCommerce Expo or Technology for Marketing, add the sessions to your agenda and look out for the Propeller team across both days.
