Alkimi set out to establish itself as a credible, differentiated voice in the evolving programmatic and blockchain-driven advertising space. As a challenger brand, it needed to increase visibility, strengthen thought leadership and build a scalable foundation for long-term growth.

CRM and data integration
Alongside brand and visibility work, we integrated Alkimi’s fragmented CRM systems into HubSpot. This created a single source of truth and enabled clearer pipeline tracking, segmentation and outreach.
This approach ensured PR and growth marketing worked together, rather than in silos, aligning brand activity with commercial outcomes.

At the same time, we grew and engaged Alkimi’s newsletter audience, cleaned, deduplicated and migrated CRM data, mapped sales pipelines to reflect Alkimi’s real buyer journey, and created a scalable foundation for future marketing automation.
